WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 days in our warehouse, unless there is a pre-order item in your purchase. Estimated delivery times apply after your order leaves our warehouse and depends on the shipping method you selected. We will email you tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days and you will be given the option to cancel your order.

Items are sent by USPS (United States Postal Service), DHL Express, or UPS (United Parcel Service).

Orders within the United States:

Domestic orders typically take 3-10 days to be delivered.

Orders outside of the United States:

Shipment of international orders may typically take 7-21 days to be delivered from the date of purchase. International shipments may be held by your local Customs Authority for an additional 7-14 days depending on the customs laws in your country. Therefore, it is best to allow 4-6 weeks for international delivery.

TRACK THE SHIPPING OF MY ORDER

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update on your package. Clicking on the tracking number in the email will direct you to a tracking page. If this does not work, you may need to copy and paste the tracking number from the email into the appropriate shipping service.

If your order is sent via USPS, the tracking number will begin with a 9 and is 22 digits long.

Orders sent via UPS have tracking numbers that typically start with 1Z and are 18 characters long.

DHL Express tracking numbers can be up to 35 characters long.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will accept unwashed/unworn/unopened merchandise for return within 15 days of purchase (within 30 days of purchase for shipments outside of the United States). The return date will be determined by the postmark on the returned package.

We cannot accept returns on the following items:


Unfortunately, we no longer accept exchanges. We will provide you a refund upon receiving the item(s). Feel free to re-purchase the item(s) again once the funds have been returned to your account.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for returns and exchanges to be processed. When your order has been refunded, it may take between 3-10 business days for the money to appear back in your account.

CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER

We are unable to change your order after it has been placed. If you wish to change your order, it will be processed as a cancellation and a refund will be issued. You will then be able to place a new order for the correct merchandise.

To cancel an order, contact customer service no later than 24 hours after purchase.

We are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been shipped.

When your order has been refunded, it may take between 3-10 business days for the money to appear back in your account.

PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE

A pre-order item is one which is available for sale, but has not yet been released. The release date of a pre-order item will be shown in the product's description, and the item will ship on or shortly after this release date. Although the item will be shipped at a later date, pre-orders are charged at time of purchase.

You will be notified if an item's release date has been changed. You will be given the choice to cancel your order, if you do not want to wait for the new release date.

If you ordered available items together with a pre-order item, then your entire order will be shipped on the pre-order's release date.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are determined by the weight, shipping method, and delivery address of your order. You will see your total shipping costs at checkout before you are asked to provide your payment information.

Please note that addresses outside the United States may have additional handling fees applied to the order as well. You will also be responsible for any and all import taxes, tariffs and duties which may be levied by your Customs or Government or other authority upon any parcel we send to you.

CUSTOMERS LIVING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES

Customers receiving their order at an address outside of the United States are responsible for paying applicable sales tax, duties, and customs charges. We are not responsible for any customs charges or fees. If fees are not paid, your order may be sent back to us, or continued to be held by the Customs or Government or other authority in the country of deliverance.

Please check your Spam/Junk folder. If it's not in any of your folders, please contact us and we'll help figure out the problem. It is possible you may have entered your email address incorrectly.

How do I download and play my music?

Can I download directly onto my mobile device (cell phone or tablet)?

What if my download link doesn't work?

I have a "corrupt" file. What is the issue?

What if my file is "damaged"?



HOW DO I DOWNLOAD AND PLAY MY MUSIC?

1. Click the download link provided in the email.

Once your order has been completed, you will be sent an email with a download link. You cannot download the file onto a mobile device or tablet. Attempting to download the file multiple times will result in the link expiring. Clicking this link will download a ZIP folder onto your computer. This may take a few minutes to finish.

2. Unzip the folder before adding to your music program.

Once the download has completed, locate the folder on your computer. Most likely this will automatically go into your Downloads folder if you don't choose a different destination. This is a compressed folder with multiple files inside of it, also known as a ZIP file. This file will need to be unzipped, or extracted, in order to be imported into your music software.

On a PC: Right-click on the ZIP folder, and choose Extract All.
On a Mac: Double click the ZIP folder, and Archive Utility will start automatically extracting the files.

3. Play or import into your music program.

You can double click the song(s) to open in your default music program (iTunes or Windows Media Player). You can also open the music program and drag the tracks into the window to play or add them to your library.

CAN I DOWNLOAD DIRECTLY ONTO MY MOBILE DEVICE (CELL PHONE OR TABLET)?

It is possible to download directly to most Android devices, but iOS devices do not support a download option. However, to ensure a complete download of your purchase, we recommend downloading onto a computer with a stable internet connection. You can then transfer the files onto your mobile device.

WHAT IF MY DOWNLOAD LINK DOESN'T WORK?

Please contact customer service and we'll make sure you get your music as soon as possible! However, if you attempt too many downloads, the link will become invalid and a new one will have to be sent.

If you ordered a product with a future release date, you will not receive the download link immediately after ordering. However, your card will be charged at time of purchase. You will receive an email with the download link on the release date.

I HAVE A "CORRUPT" FILE. WHAT IS THE ISSUE?

The file may be corrupt because the download was interrupted. Please download the music file again using a stable internet connection.

WHAT IF MY FILE IS "DAMAGED"?

If the file is damaged or you receive an error message, we will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a proper file. Please reach out to customer service with specific details about your issue and list the email address used for the purchase.
